This song is probably the one that got me started on the route to the kind of stuff I’m into now, I don’t listen to this record as much as I used to but this band are still brilliant. I’ll stop inundating your dashboards with a musical round up of my youth now.

This just blew me away with how heavy it was, I couldn’t fathom something so fucking abrasive and wild. Their live show was one of the only times I’ve been properly frightened at a show. I kinda lost touch with them a while back but apparently they’re still well good, so that’s nice. Also the “UGHHHHHH” noise in the middle of this is great.

I went to a Flood of Red show and these guys played second to last, they absolutely blew my mind to pieces. I’d never seen anything like it and they got me interested in punk music properly.

THIS IS A .44 CALIBER LOVE LETTER STRAIGHT FROM MY HEART!

Fucking hell, they were just brilliant. Every morning on the way to school.

I found these guys on Spotify, they were one of the bands that got me interested in hardcore as more than something to jump around to. I wish they were still going, this album was brilliant.

Went to see this band when I was 16 instead of revising for exams, got hammered in a hotel bar in Glasgow and had a well good time. I went to this show with some of my best friends, I don’t really see those dudes anymore but it was still a brilliant trip and a fond memory. The Ghost of a Thousand opened, I loved that band a lot too.

Another youtube find. Went to New York with my family and just jammed this, Polar Bear Club and Alexisonfire for days.

Listened to this album on repeat for days, definitely a lost favourite. I didn’t really know anyone who was into this band, I think I just kind of came across them on youtube or something, maybe a Victory (haha) sampler dvd. Either way, I jammed this a lot. Moany pop rock was kind of my thing for a bit.

My first favourite Glassjaw song, it’s too bad they didn’t play it when I finally got to see them.

My name's Allan, I'm from Aberdeen. I sing in a band called Cavalcades, hopefully we'll play near you soon.
